BOROUGH OF BOUND BROOK PLANNING BOARD AUGUST 7, 2003 SPECIAL MEETING CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by chairman Robert Fazen at 7:30 p.m. at Council Chambers, 230 Hamilton Street. ROLL CALL Present were: Mr. Ryan, Mr. Gaglia, Mr. Sabatino, Mr. Fazen and Mr. Krauser. Also present was the following staff member: Mrs. Malone, Recording Secretary. COMPLIANCE STATEMENT This meeting is being held in compliance with the “Open Public Meetings Law.”   The requirements of the Law have been met.  The Spepcial Meeting Notice has been posted in the Municipal Building, filed with the Municipal Clerk, and forwarded to the Courier-News on July 31, 2003. SALUTE TO THE FLAG ANNOUNCEMENTS Mr. Fazen announced that the only item on the agenda was the Brook Theater resolution for subdivision and a variance. RESOLUTION #09-03, Brook Theater (Subdivision/Variance) Motion presented by Mr. Sabatino, seconded by Mr. Gaglia, to approve the resolution.  Motion passed 4-0 (Mayor Ryan did not vote).
